1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GoCarve ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Driving Disclaimer below. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

GoCarve is an informational tool that identifies, ranks, and helps plan routes along publicly accessible roads based on road geometry, curvature scoring, and user-submitted feedback. GoCarve does not own, maintain, control, or have any authority over any road, and does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, or current condition of any road, route, or road classification displayed or recommended through the Service. 3. Assumption of Risk

Driving inherently carries risk. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You choose to drive any road, including any road recommended, scored, or included in a route by GoCarve, entirely at your own risk.
• GoCarve does not assess, and cannot guarantee, real-time road conditions, weather, construction, closures, traffic, wildlife, surface quality, or any other hazard.
• A road's inclusion, score, or "verified" status on GoCarve reflects an assessment of its geometry and/or feedback from other users at a point in time — it is not a certification of current safety or legality.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating whether a given road is safe and appropriate for you, your vehicle, your skill level, and the conditions at the time you drive it.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that you will:

• Obey all applicable traffic laws, posted speed limits, and local regulations at all times, regardless of any information, score, or recommendation provided by GoCarve.
• Never use the Service, or any information from it, to encourage, plan, or engage in speeding, reckless driving, or any unlawful use of a public road.
• Drive within the limits of your own skill, experience, and vehicle, and adjust your driving to actual road and weather conditions rather than relying on GoCarve's data.
• Respect private property, posted access restrictions, and any road closures encountered, even if a road appears on GoCarve.
• Take full personal responsibility for any decision to drive, walk, or otherwise access any road referenced by the Service.

5. No Warranty

The Service, including all road data, scores, verifications, and routes, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, reliability, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose. Road data is sourced in part from OpenStreetMap and other third-party or user-submitted sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoCarve, Jet Stream Ventures, and their owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, death, property damage, traffic violation, accident, or other loss or damage arising from or related to your use of the Service, your reliance on any information provided by the Service, or your decision to drive any road referenced by the Service — regardless of whether such loss or damage was foreseeable.

7. User Content and Submissions

If you submit road information, ratings, verifications, or other content, you represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and grant GoCarve the right to use, display, and modify that content in connection with the Service. GoCarve reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any submitted content at its sole discretion.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may direct you to third-party mapping and navigation applications (including Google Maps and Apple Maps) for actual turn-by-turn navigation. GoCarve is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or conduct of these third-party services.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or entity.

10. Changes to These Terms

GoCarve may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will require existing users to re-accept the current version before continuing to use the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
