Community tips from the Contact / Request chooser. Verify/Reject writes verified_roads for roads already on the map; Mark Started/Mark Complete emails the submitter for anything not yet on the map (the actual scan is run manually, outside this panel).

Roads with verified=true. Clear Verification removes the row (back to unreviewed).

Roads with verified=false. Clear Verification removes the row.

Set usernames and roles for any account. Role changes require confirmation.
